We check all items before shipping and ensure that they are in good condition before sending them.
We only accept return/exchange if there's defect on your items.
In case of the faulty/defective item upon receiving, please email us a snapshot of the defective item at email@example.com. And you're required to send back to us within 5 days of receiving the packages.
For a faulty/defective item, we will send you a new one for replacement (depending on availability) at no extra cost OR issue a same value credit note for your next purchase.
Returns item must be in brand new condition with original packaging, not worn/washed and purchased directly from our website.
